he first and foremost condition for joining the Koç MSc in Finance Program is to be a highly motivated and dedicated individual. In addition, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  •  
  • Preferably minimum four years of full-time professional work experience
  •  
  • Proficiency in English

In order to apply to the MSc in Finance Program, the applicants must complete the online application (https://apply.ku.edu.tr/gradapp) and upload the following;

  • An official academic transcript from every university attended
  •  
  • Three essays as specified
  •  
  • Application fee payment slip
  •  
  • A written statement of corporate support

2 Reference Letters should be submitted for the application. The candidate should state in the online application the contact information of those who will fill in the reference letters. They will be provided with the web link of the reference letter form via e-mail.

Selected applicants will be called for an interview by the Graduate School of Business. The candidates will be given a short article to read and study before the interview and will be asked to answer questions related to the article as a part of the interview process. Standardized tests such as TOEFL and GMAT may also be required.

ALES Exam is not required for MSc in Finance applications.

TOEFL and GMAT tests may be required if considered necessary by the admission committee after the interview.

First recommendation should come from the immediate supervisor. The second recommendation usually comes from an employer who has observed you in an administrative capacity.

The recommendation forms have been prepared to facilitate the task of your recommender. However, recommendation letters in essay format are equally welcome. In order to upload the essay, recommender can use the upload button in the recommendation page that s/he is redirected to through e-mail notification from Graduate School of Business.

Transcripts can be presented in English or Turkish. Foreign students who possess transcripts in languages other than English or Turkish are required to have it translated and approved.

Interviews are arranged after the candidate completes and submits the online application.

There is no minimum GPA requirement.

To have minimum 2 years of full-time professional work experience is a recommended.

The non-refundable application fee for the 2024-2025 academic year is 600 TL and it is paid via credit card on the online application system.

2024/25 academic year tuition fees will be announced in April 2024.

New students are accepted only at the beginning of the program in the Fall semester (September/October)

In accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK), the Koc MSc in Finance degree requires no graduation thesis.
